By sending a request by post

Please note that you must be present in person to collect the response to your request by post, and that supporting documents must be presented when collecting the response at the branch. (Submitting the request does not generate a reference number.)

Power of attorney

In the case of a power of attorney, a power of attorney for a natural person granted to your representative, clearly stating the purpose of the power of attorney as ‘obtaining a credit report, submitting and following up on a data dispute with Creditinfo’, signed and authenticated by both the principal and the representative.

Documents to be provided by individuals

  • In the case of a power of attorney, a power of attorney for a natural person granted to your representative, clearly stating the purpose of the power of attorney as ‘obtaining a credit report, and, where applicable, lodging and following up on a data dispute with Creditinfo’, signed and notarised by the principal and the representative.

Documents to be provided by a legal entity

  • A certified true copy of the Company Register (Model ‘J’) issued within the last three months
  • A copy of the company director’s national identity card (CIN) presenting themselves at Creditinfo
  • A duly completed and signed application for a credit report (PM)

In the event of a power of attorney

  • Power of attorney granted by the legal entity to your authorised representative, clearly stating the purpose of the power of attorney as ‘obtaining a credit report, filing and following up on a data dispute with Creditinfo Maroc’, signed and certified by the principal (the manager) and the authorised representative
  • A copy of the authorised representative’s national identity card
  • A copy of the principal’s national identity card
